Welcome to AyitiHouse
AyitiHouse exists to connect Haitians and friends of Haiti around the world through communities, conversations, events, business opportunities, networking, and cultural exchange.
Our goal is simple:
Build the digital home of Haitians worldwide.
To keep AyitiHouse welcoming, safe, and valuable for everyone, all members must follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Respect Everyone
Treat others with respect.
Healthy disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks are not.
Do not:
- Harass other members
- Bully others
- Intimidate others
- Humiliate others
- Target people based on personal characteristics
Respectful discussion builds stronger communities.
2. No Hate Speech
AyitiHouse has zero tolerance for hate speech.
Do not attack people based on:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Nationality
- Religion
- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Disability
- Age
Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination may result in immediate account suspension.
3. No Threats or Violence
Do not:
- Threaten anyone
- Encourage violence
- Promote criminal activity
- Glorify violence
Safety comes first.
4. No Scams or Fraud
Do not:
- Run scams
- Impersonate businesses
- Create fake opportunities
- Mislead users for financial gain
- Use the platform to defraud others
Any fraudulent activity may result in permanent removal.
5. No Spam
Do not:
- Post repetitive content
- Flood communities
- Send unsolicited messages
- Abuse hashtags
- Promote unrelated content repeatedly
Quality conversations matter more than quantity.
6. Keep Content Appropriate
Do not post:
- Pornographic content
- Graphic violence
- Sexual exploitation
- Child exploitation material
- Illegal content
Content must remain appropriate for a broad community audience.
7. Respect Privacy
Do not share:
- Private addresses
- Phone numbers
- Government IDs
- Financial information
- Personal data without permission
Protect your privacy and the privacy of others.
8. Community Discussions
Communities exist to help Haitians connect locally.
Examples:
- Local recommendations
- Events
- Jobs
- Business opportunities
- Networking
- Cultural discussions
Keep conversations relevant and constructive.
9. Events
If you create an event, you are responsible for:
- Accurate information
- Venue compliance
- Local law compliance
- Event safety
AyitiHouse may remove events that violate these guidelines.
10. Business Promotion
Businesses are welcome.
However, do not:
- Spam promotions
- Mislead customers
- Create fake reviews
- Make false claims
Build trust through honesty and professionalism.
11. Reporting Content
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the Report feature.
Members may report:
- Posts
- Comments
- Messages
- Profiles
- Events
Reports help protect the community.
12. Enforcement
Depending on the severity of a violation, AyitiHouse may:
- Remove content
- Restrict features
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently ban accounts
Serious violations may result in immediate removal without warning.
13. Premium Status Does Not Grant Special Treatment
Premium Members receive additional platform features.
Premium Members are still required to follow all Community Guidelines.
No member is above the rules.

AyitiHouse succeeds when members:

- Promote positive discussion
- Strengthen Haitian communities worldwide
