• Fraud
• Scams

• Child exploitation material
• Illegal content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

AyitiHouse reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts at its sole discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create.

By posting content on AyitiHouse, you grant AyitiHouse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Moderate

your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to the content you post.

5. Communities and Events

Premium Members may create communities and submit events.

Community creators do not become owners, moderators, managers, or representatives of AyitiHouse.

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

• Event accuracy
• Safety
• Venue compliance
• Local legal compliance

AyitiHouse is not responsible for the conduct of event hosts, attendees, or third parties.

6. Premium Membership

AyitiHouse offers optional Premium Membership features.

Premium benefits may include:

• Community access
• Direct messaging
• Event creation
• Community creation
• Follower functionality
• Additional platform features

Fees are displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

AyitiHouse reserves the right to modify Premium features in the future.

7. Refund Policy

Premium purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

AyitiHouse may issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases involving:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical errors
• Fraud investigations

8. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report:

• Messages

AyitiHouse may investigate reports and take action including:

Moderation decisions are final.

9. Intellectual Property

AyitiHouse and its branding, logos, software, designs, and platform features are owned by AyitiHouse.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit platform assets without permission.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

12. Platform Availability
